Nothing on this site is medical advice. The site does not diagnose or treat anyone, and it is not a way to reach a doctor about your care. For a medical question, ask your own clinician. In an emergency, call 911.
No professional relationship
Using the site, sending a note or booking a call does not create a doctor-patient relationship, a consulting engagement or any other professional relationship. We work with clients only under a signed written agreement.
The stories and the sample memo
The clinic and emergency department stories are illustrations. The sample findings memo is synthetic: it does not describe a real product, client or patient.
Our views
The founders practice emergency medicine and do research. What this site says is the view of Prompt2Patient and its founders, not of any employer or institution.
Content and our name
We own the site's text, design, logo and images, or have permission to use them. You may view and share pages for your own noncommercial use. Do not copy, change or sell them without our written permission. The Prompt2Patient name and logo belong to us.
Other sites
The site links to services we do not control, such as our booking page and the STAT AI podcast site. Their own terms and policies apply.
No warranty
We provide the site as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Prompt2Patient is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
