Prompt 2 Patient, LLC ("Prompt2Patient", "we") runs prompt2patient.ai. This page explains what the site collects, why, and who handles it.
The short version
- The site sets no cookies.
- We count visits without cookies and without learning who you are.
- When you send a note or book a call, we get only what you choose to tell us.
- Please do not send patient information. We cannot give medical advice. In an emergency, call 911.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Notes you send
The note form asks for your name, your email, your organization (optional), the kind of work you do, and what you need. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation. The form sends your note through an email delivery service to our company inbox.
If you write to hello@prompt2patient.ai or to either founder's address on this site, your message reaches us.
Booking a call
The Book a call button opens a booking page that an outside calendar service runs. That service collects what the page asks for, such as your name, your email and your answers to its questions, and passes it to us so we can hold the call. Its own privacy policy applies to that page.
Visit counts
We use an analytics service to count page views and a few actions, such as which of the two paths you choose and whether a note sends. It does not use cookies. To tell one visit from another, it makes a one-way code from your IP address and browser details, and it works out a general location, such as a country, region or city. We see only totals, and we do not see who you are.
Hosting
Our web host handles your IP address and browser details to deliver pages, to keep the site secure, and to limit abuse, for example by limiting how many notes one address can send in a minute.
Patient information
Please do not send patient information, or details about anyone's health or care, through this site. We do not want it and do not use it, and if it reaches us we delete it. We do not give medical care through this site, and a note to us does not make us anyone's doctor.
How long we keep it
We keep notes, emails and booking details for as long as we need them to reply and to run our business, then we delete them. The services that carry our email, notes and visit counts may keep their own copies or logs for a limited time under their own policies.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the site and reply to you: our web host, our email and note delivery services, our booking page and our analytics service. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: write to hello@prompt2patient.ai. You can use the whole site without sending us anything.
Children
This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this page, we change the date at the top.
